Although there is turmoil in the housing market which can prevent moving to a larger property, there is always a need for families to have that extra room or space. 

Whether its for a new arrival or for elderly parents moving in. 

There are many ways to create this space. 

It doesn’t always mean that you need to extend. Sometimes its as simple as changing the layout of the existing rooms. In the proposed drawing above you can see that an internal corridor has been taken back to give extra space to the living rooms at the rear of the property.

In older properties you often find that the house was built with many corridors leading to rooms. 

We have changed the layout of many properties to create a larger living area or extra rooms from this space. Think of it as a jigsaw, knowing what walls can be removed or repositioned can make a lot of extra space and so allow the creation of that extra living room.
