It’s far less expensive than moving and if you are happy and settled in your home – why move?
You could have a beautiful extension onto your kitchen with bi- fold doors – bringing outside in, with all the lovely weather and outside dining! Great during the winter months too with patio heaters!

If you need extra bedrooms , why not extend to the side – either single or two storey to create new rooms- you may like a leisure room! Or even create a new attic floor level with perhaps 2 extra bedrooms with shared ensuite bathroom, making a huge unused space usable – having velux roof lighting or dormer windows!

A lot these extensions do not require planning permission, and can be build under permitted development rules, using the building regulation specifications we provide.
