A small practice that has been here a long time.

Chris is an architectural consultant and designer rather than a chartered architect, which in practice means the same drawings, the same council submissions, and a considerably smaller invoice. He has been modelling in 3D for twenty-two years, since well before most practices moved off the drawing board.

Fylde Borough Council gave the practice a Civic Conservation Award for Good Design in the Environment.

Chris Sinkinson

Founder and designer. Chris does the site visits, the surveys, the modelling and the drawings, and handles the planning and building regulations submissions himself. If you ring the office during the week, he is usually the one who answers.

Jill Sinkinson

Office manager and a qualified interior designer. Jill runs the practice day to day and advises on interiors where a client wants that help, which on a kitchen extension is more often than you would think.

There are no prices on this website, deliberately. Every job is different and quoting one from a web page would mean quoting it wrong. The first visit and the conversation that goes with it are free, and you get a fixed price after it, once we both know what the job actually is.
